Abstract	The signs of the subject of a crime, stipulated in art. 1728 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Such signs include the following: a sign form of information, its affiliation with any information and / or data; material form of information; affiliation of information and / or data to restricted information (confidential, secret and official); information is not protected by special regulations; information obtained in connection with the performance of a person’s official authority. The judicial practice under art. 1728 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
